You love coffee culture and you feel right at home behind an espresso machine. One minute you’re making baguettes, the next you’re scooping George Gelato. There’s never a dull moment, and with you there our guests can’t wait to come back.

what you’ll do

We’re doing something new, and this is a great opportunity to be with us from the start! As we bring the New York-style Deli to the Houthavens, we need you and your great personality to ensure all guests love coming back for their coffee, matcha, baguettes and ice cream.

With a blend of casual elegance and the welcoming vibe of a neighbourhood gelateria, George Deli is more than just a deli – it’s a place where great food and beautiful interiors come together, all set against the backdrop of a gorgeous waterside location in the lively Houthavens.

  • Fluent in Dutch or English;

  • You are energetic and full of life;

  • Hospitality is in your DNA and you have some experience in the hospitality industry, or you’re looking for your first-ever job. Skills we can teach, but great vibes are non-negotiable;

  • You are flexible and have no problem working early mornings, evenings or weekends.
